Pedro Garcia is a Managing Director and heads our Consumer/Retail effort.  He has over 15 years of investment banking experience.  Prior to joining Hadley Partners in 2002, Pedro held various positions at Chemical Securities (now JP Morgan Chase), BT Alex. Brown (now Deutsche Banc Securities), and Credit Suisse First Boston. 

Pedro has a broad range of strategic advisory and transaction experience that includes corporate sale assignments, private placements of equity, private placements of debt (mezzanine, high yield bonds, syndicated bank loans), and initial public offerings.  He has completed more than 25 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion (ranging in size from $25 million to $1.3 billion).  Pedro’s career has covered a broad range of industries including food and consumer products, retailers, printing, aerospace, health care and general industrial/manufacturing.  His international experience includes assignments in Argentina and Brazil.

Pedro received his A.B. degree in International Economics and Trade from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Frontier Natural Products.  Pedro lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
