Shweta Agarwal joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Hadley Partners, she served as an associate at CLB-Partners, a private equity and M&A advisory firm based in New York, and interned with Flywheel Ventures, a VC fund headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has also worked in various accounting and finance roles at the Ford Foundation, Sage Metals Ltd. and Air France in New Delhi, India before coming to the U.S. to pursue her Masters.

Shweta received her Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia and a Master of Business Administration, cum laude (concentration in Finance) from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
